1. What Are Your Check-In and Checkout Times?
Check-in starts at 3 p.m. on the day you arrive. We ask that you check out by 11 a.m. on the day you’re scheduled to leave.
2. Do You Offer a Late Check-Out?
If you just can’t bring yourself to leave, late check-out may be available upon request. Subject to availability, fees apply.
3. What If I Have to Depart Early?
An early departure fee of $75 will be charged to all guests checking out prior to the departure date confirmed at check-in. Please note this cancellation fee will increase to one night’s room right plus tax if less than 72 hours' notice is provided. 4. Is ID Required at Check-In?
A valid government-issued picture ID is required for hotel check-in.
What Is Your Payment Policy?
Plastic please! We only accept major debit and credit cards. Personal or company checks will not be exchanged for cash or accepted as payment.
6. What is Your Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations must be made before 3 p.m. 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge of a one night stay, including taxes and fees, for stays through November 30, 2020. Cancellations must be made before 3 p.m. 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge of a one night stay, including taxes and fees, for stays starting on December 1, 2020. Policies can vary for specials, packages and prepaid reservations. Please review the booking description of your reservation.
7. Do You Have a Minimum Age Requirement to Check-In?
Guests checking-in must be 21 years of age.
8. Do You Allow Children?
Yes we do.
9. Do You Have Internet Access?
Yes, we offer free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the grounds and in every guest room.
10. Do You Offer Breakfast?
Unfortunately, due to the Covid-19 pandemic and subsequent government mandated social distancing guidelines, our complimentary buffet breakfast has been suspended. But fear not, we have your caffeine fix covered with coffee & tea available all day in the lobby.
11. Do You Have a Gym?
Unfortunately, due to the Covid-19 pandemic and subsequent government mandated social distancing guidelines, the gym is available by appointment only so that we can follow cleaning protocol following each use. The gym includes a treadmill, elliptical machine, stationary bike, free weights and a stretching area.
12. What About a Business Center?
In the name of full disclosure, it’s actually a little workstation in the lobby. Nothing fancy, but great for things like checking emails, your Facebook page (feel free to say what a great time you’re having here!) or printing boarding passes. If you need more serious faxing or photocopying services, just ask guest services for assistance (additional charges may apply.)
13. Do you Accept Packages?
Yes we do for a charge of $10 per package per day. The charge only applies to packages delivered prior to arrival and not during your stay at the Hotel.
14. Is the Vagabond Hotel Pet Friendly?
No. For the comfort of all our guests, we do not allow pets.
15. Do You Allow Smoking?
We have a strict no smoking policy in the guest rooms, the pool deck and the restaurant. However, there is a designated smoking area near the pool area (in the courtyard). If you are naughty and smoke in your room, a cleaning/deodorizing charge of $250 will be applied to your room account. And don’t even think about opening the window and trying to be sneaky.
16. Do You Have ADA Accessible Rooms?
We have two ground floor rooms specially designed for wheelchair accessibility. Another three are equipped for persons who are deaf or hard of hearing. These rooms are available at no additional charge.
17. Do You Have Connecting Rooms?
We do have a limited number of connecting rooms. Please contact us directly to make arrangements in advance so we can accommodate your request.
18. How Can I Reserve a Group of Rooms Together?

19. Do You Have Any Event Space?
Yes, we’re able to accommodate small meetings and catered events.

Yes, and it’s free to registered guests.
22. Do You Offer Airport Transfers?
