Made For More Than Meetings

Corporate Meetings and Workshops

Bright, private, and easy to rearrange. It works for board-style discussions, workshops, presentations, training sessions, and smaller team meetings that could use a little more character than the usual beige box setup.

Photoshoots and Brand Activations

High ceilings, natural light, and enough room to stage things properly make the space easy to set up on shoot days, whether it’s being used for the shoot itself or for prep. And when it’s time to get out of the room a bit, being in a 1953 landmark listed on the National Register of Historic Places doesn’t exactly hurt, so yes, the courtyard, mermaid mosaic pool, exterior corridors, and MiMo-era façade are definitely ready for their close-up.

Private Social Gatherings

With its own entrance and bathroom, the room is great for private dinners, cocktail receptions, pop-ups, screenings, and smaller gatherings that want something a little more personal.

Multi-Day Retreats and Training Programs

If your group is staying overnight, the hotel’s 42 rooms are right here on-site with group rates available. No second hotel to coordinate, and no extra transportation to think about.

Where Are We?

7301 Biscayne Boulevard in Miami’s MiMo Historic District. Free self-parking is available on-site for all attendees. No daily rate. No valet requirement.
