Carrying on the name of the late Chef Jol Robuchon, who has earned more Michelin stars than any other chef in history, it is no surprise that this modern French restaurant garnered two stars. Joining Paris, New York, and Tokyo, its Design District setting bears all the brands' well-known signature hallmarks, including the 34-seat counter, where you can face the open kitchen and witness the artistry of the chefs at work. Fine dining at its delectable best, all dishes are offered à la carte or as a part of several tasting menus (the seasonal prix fixe is always a good option). For us, the standout dishes are the foie gras, halibut, seared scallop, Le burger,  and the strawberry dessert. ( $150 - $255)

Local foodies simply rave about this place. Slightly off the beaten track, in Little Haiti, this small ( it only seats 27) Italian culinary hidden gem is incredible!... From the cutting board-looking tables to the friendly staff to the great food, you simply can't go wrong making a reservation here. And with so many delectable dishes choosing what to eat might prove tough! For us, it’s the crispy potato skins with stracciatella, Pappardelle with rabbit, and the crispy tiramisu. PS. Don't let the fact that it's tucked between a laundromat and a medical center in a strip mall put you off.

As full of energy as it is sophistication, Ariete in Coconut Grove will take you on a trip around the globe with its diverse menu. Focused on local and seasonal ingredients, if you have the ceviche (which we recommend you do!), it will have come fresh from the ocean just a few blocks away. The caviar with citrus churros and grilled oysters doused in sea urchin buttons are a luxurious delight, but if you want something inspiring - we suggest going for the monkfish wellington or the canard a la pressed. ($120 - $150)

Super chic, your Cote experience literally begins when you step through the entrance and are greeted by a swanky hallway leading to a mirrored door. Known for fusing the excitement and fire of Korean barbecue with the traditional feel of an American steakhouse. -- Be prepared for a fabulous feast of unique meats in a fun setting. Signature dishes include 45-day USDA prime dry-aged beef and the Butcher's Feast, but our fave is the Steak Omakase experience. Featuring seven different cuts, made up of American Black Angus, Japanese wagyu, dry-aged NY strip, dry-aged ribeye, skirt steak, filet mignon, and delicious marinated short rib, you certainly won't leave hungry ($50-$185)

Requiring a secret code to get in, Hidden is much more than just a restaurant. It’s an experience. With just 8 seats and a $250 reservation fee, it has a lot to live up to, and it most definitely does. From the immaculate service to the attention to detail given to each ingredient, if you love sushi and can afford to splash out, we recommend booking ahead to ensure you don’t miss out. The omakase option usually has between 16-18 courses, and we can promise you you’ll be dreaming about the toro hand roll and sashimi for years to come.

With only a dozen dishes available at any given time, the food is as much an art form as a  culinary masterpiece.  As proof, we offer you the Yellowfin Crudo sided with tangy Asian pear slices topped off by a creamy buttermilk sauce! Other highlights include (If you can get them) the delicious Kusshi oysters and Gooey Jalapeño Fritters. Quick tip - make sure to be the first one to the fritters with the shaved wagyu and single truffle shaving - it takes this dish to a whole other level.

Adding a  jet-set, 1930s swing to the Miami dining scene, this iconic restaurant located in the Four Seasons Hotel is a  pricier option than most on this list,  but it does make for the perfect spot if you're looking to celebrate in style while in town. Must trys' include the grilled elysian fields farm lamb chops, deviled eggs & beef wellington. . Be sure to pop into the cocktail bar while you're there. PS... ask them to show you how the butter plate works; it's a talking point in and of itself $$$$$
